Responsibilities:

• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for quarry and crushing Plant.
•  Prepare contracts and negotiate agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
•  Schedule project and budget required to meet deadlines.
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety and legislation guidelines
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Managing production, promoting and marketing the business
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Managing administration, procurement and budget control.
  

Plant installed: Svedala Arbra Jaw Crusher 150/130 and 7 ft Morgardshammar Symons  type STD and SH cone crushers.
Results: Producing 500 t/hr of aggregate for UAE and Gulf Market.
